Registration and Regulatory Affairs

Main Target is to ensure that products and Services meet legislative requirements. By studying scientific and legal documents, gathering, evaluating, organizing and managing information in a variety of formats as per MOH regulations.

Pharmacovigilance and Quality Management

Ensuring all products, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, are in perfect quality along the supply chain, and keeping records of after sale information to track the effectiveness and efficiency of all our products and services.

Supply Chain Management

Strategic management of the supply chain by specialists. Managing Warehouses and strict temperature/condition control over transportation and storage. (Powered by Oracle Software)

Provide financial reports, Budgeting and allocations.

Market Development

The Ismailiya Company holds and manages medical conferences, workshops and training courses at home and abroad, in addition to internal meetings. To develop Marketing strategies that ensure positive outcomes for both Ismailiya and our suppliers, all done by pharmacists and medical engineers with commercial background.
